When will my order ship?
We ship in-stock orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) via our shipping partners Sendle or Australia Post. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped with tracking info.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
What happens if my package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit?
If you have not received your parcel after the estimated delivery time, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it. If the package is lost, stolen or products are damaged, we will replace those items.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping to most of the world, except the following countries: Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Dominica, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Honduras, Libya, Martinique, Nicaragua, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Réunion, Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Yemen, Crimea, Cuba Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ONANEA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
What is the cost of shipping?
All orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. Australian orders under $99 ship for a $5 flat rate shipping. International orders shipping fees are calculated at check out.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We don’t offer expedited shipping at this time, and it is something we are looking at for the future.
