Our Journey to Promote Mindfulness and Wellbeing

Inception
In 2013, while I was attending university and dealing with the stresses of student life, I discovered the power of meditation. It became a valuable tool for me to calm my mind and ease my anxiety, marking the beginning of my journey towards mindfulness and overall well-being.

The Turning Point
The pandemic hit in 2020, and my anxiety reached an all-time high, affecting my sleep. This led me to delve deeper into mindfulness and healing practices. After attending a 10-day silent meditation course (Vipassana), I searched for a meditation cushion and mat, but couldn't find any that suited my needs.

ONANEA is Born
In 2022, I finally decided to take the leap and create ONANEA – a platform to promote mental health and well-being through mindfulness products. Our products include meditation cushions and mats, which were the starting point of our journey.

Exploring New Practices
As I continued to delve into mindfulness, I decided to expand my knowledge and explore other wellness practices. This exploration led me to discover my love for cold therapy and breathwork. To share the benefits of cold therapy with others, I added a portable ice bath to our website. This allows people to enjoy the perks of cold therapy in the comfort of their own homes. As I continue to explore the world of wellness practices, my goal is to share my findings with others through ONANEA.
