Shipping

When will my order ship?

We ship in-stock orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) via our shipping partners Sendle or Australia Post. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped with tracking info.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

What happens if my package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit?

If you have not received your parcel after the estimated delivery time, contact us at hello@onanea.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it. If the package is lost, stolen or products are damaged, we will replace those items.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping to most of the world, except the following countries: Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Dominica, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Honduras, Libya, Martinique, Nicaragua, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Réunion, Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Yemen, Crimea, Cuba Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ONANEA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

What is the cost of shipping?

All orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. Australian orders under $99 ship for a $5 flat rate shipping. International orders shipping fees are calculated at check out.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We don’t offer expedited shipping at this time, and it is something we are looking at for the future.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We have a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return log in to your account by clicking the profile icon in the store's navigation or clicking on this link, and then request a return.

  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Where is my refund?

If you have opted for a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What is your warranty policy?

At ONANEA, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. We back our products with a 1-year warranty against defects in material or workmanship under normal use. The warranty covers physical goods purchased from us and lasts for 365 days from the date of purchase. If you encounter any problems with your product during the warranty period, we will refund the purchase price after inspecting the product to ensure that it qualifies for our warranty policy. However, please note that the warranty does not cover any issues resulting from conditions, malfunctions, or damage that are not related to defects in material or workmanship.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@onanea.com immediately, and we will provide you with a shipping label to start the refund process.

Portable Ice Bath

When should I use the portable ice bath?

The portable ice bath can be used for various purposes, including recovery from exercise, improving health benefits such as activating the parasympathetic nervous system and enhancing immune function, or for coping with stress and improving your mood. For post-workout recovery, we recommend using it for up to 10 minutes after your workout session.

 How long should I spend in the portable ice bath?

To enhance recovery, research suggests aiming for a total of 10 minutes in the ice bath. You can choose to do this in a single 10-minute session or break it into shorter durations if you're new to cold water immersion. For example, you can try two 5-minute sessions with 2-minute breaks in between. Listen to your body and don't overdo it.

What temperature should my ice bath be?

The goal is to get the water temperature between 10-15°C degrees to experience the benefits. In most countries, cold tap water is around 10-12°C, which is already cold enough for effective therapy. Adding ice can further reduce the temperature by 3-7 degrees, depending on the amount used. We suggest starting at around 15°C for your first session and gradually lowering the temperature and duration for subsequent sessions. This allows your body to acclimate to the cold effectively.

How long does the ice bath stay cool for?

Our portable ice bath is designed with multiple layers of insulation technology to ensure optimal cooling performance. The included Oxford fabric cover adds an extra benefit, allowing the water to stay refreshingly cold for up to one week in moderate external temperatures

Are there any safety considerations to keep in mind?

It is important to consider your health condition and consult with your doctor before using the ice bath, especially if you are pregnant, have heart issues or high blood pressure, diabetes, neuropathy or retinal damage, wear a pacemaker, have a history of frostbite, have an open wound, recently had surgery, or have epilepsy or any other health concerns or risks. We recommend using the portable ice bath when you have someone nearby, especially if you are new to cold water immersion.

Will I fit in the ice bath if I'm over 6 feet tall?

Absolutely! We've designed our ice bath to accommodate individuals up to 2.1 meters tall (6' 7").

How easy is it to fill the ice bath with water?
Filling the ice bath is a breeze. You can simply use a garden hose or shower to pour water directly into the bath, filling it up to 70% of its capacity.
How often do I need to replace the water in my portable ice bath?
The duration for keeping water in your ice bath may vary depending on factors such as how often you use it, the number of users, and the environment. In general, we recommend changing the water every 3 to 7 days, or as soon as it appears dirty. While some customers use pool cleaning products to maintain water cleanliness, it's important to note that adding chemicals can potentially cause skin reactions. To ensure proper hygiene, always clean your ice bath with mild detergent and warm water after draining it.

Setting up your ice bath is simple:
  1. Open the packaging and unpack the components.
  2. Insert the support rods into the designated holes around the ice bath.
  3. Place the tub on a flat surface.
  4. Use the provided pump to inflate the top ring for added stability.
  5. Ensure the drain valve is tightened before filling.
  6. Fill the bath with water from a hose or tap.
  7. Add ice to achieve the desired temperature
How do I empty the ice bath?

You can empty the ice bath using the faucet located at the base of the bath. Additionally, the bath comes with a drain pipe that allows you to direct the water flow further away from the bath.

Where should I set up my portable ice bath?
You can set up the ice bath anywhere with an accessible water supply (tap) nearby and a drain for water disposal. It can be placed in your front yard, balcony, at a park, on the beach, or even in your shower.


Can the ice bath be used with hot water?
Yes, the ice bath can be used with hot water. We recommend a temperature of 38-40°C, which the bath can comfortably handle.
